"Helpful for homeschool finds"
I’ve found some really good homeschool stuff here, which is nice! The only thing is the catalog can feel a little too packed sometimes... like there’s just a lot to sort through.

"Pretty underwhelming"
I got this for my kid and it felt really basic. They lost interest quickly, and I just kept thinking, how is this okay for the price? It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not something I’d be excited to buy again

"Super helpful staff"
Not gonna lie, I had a question about one of the curriculum items and the staff got back to me quickly. They were patient, easy to talk to, and actually helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Checkout Worked, Just Felt a Bit Slow"
The checkout process was alright overall, but it did feel a little clunky while I was going through it. My cart took a bit to update, and the confirmations were slower than I expected. The order still went through without any issues, so it wasn’t a big deal, but I did feel a little impatient by the end.

"Pretty much exactly what I need"
I’ve ordered from Rainbow Resource a handful of times now, and I just feel good about it. Everything has shown up the way it should, and the site is easy enough to figure out without making it a whole thing. I don’t know, it just feels reliable, and that matters a lot when I’m trying to buy school stuff online. No real issues so far, and that’s a big deal to me.

"Placing my order was totally fine, but trying…"
Placing my order was totally fine, but trying to manage my account afterward was way more stressful than I expected. I had a hard time updating my info and couldn’t easily find my past orders, which should’ve been simple. The site feels clunky and kind of confusing, so I ended up wasting more time than I planned. Customer service did get back to me, but the whole thing still took longer than it should have and just added unnecessary stress.

"Selection Was Hit or Miss"
I know a lot of people really like Rainbow Resource, but the selection felt kind of limited for what I needed. Some subjects had a ton of options, while others barely had anything useful, so I still had to check other sites to finish my list. On top of that, I ended up waiting in a queue longer than I expected, which was annoying. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as helpful or easy as I thought it would be

"Harder to Shop by Grade Than It Should Be"
I was trying to shop by my kid’s grade level, but the site felt a little all over the place. Some books that showed up seemed way too easy, while others felt more advanced than what I was looking for. Compared to other sites I’ve used, the grade filtering here just wasn’t as straightforward. "Digital access took longer than I expected"
I bought a digital item and, for some reason, the access email didn’t show up right away. Maybe I missed something during checkout, I’m not sure, but I was kind of just waiting around without knowing what was supposed to happen next. Once I finally got in, the login part was a bit confusing too, and I had to click around for a while. It did work eventually, so that’s good, but the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Backorder wasn't a big deal"
I had a couple of homeschool books end up on backorder and, i thought it was going to turn into a whole hassle. But Rainbow Resource actually kept me in the loop. the emails were clear enough, and I never had to chase anybody down for updates. The rest of my order showed up first, and the backordered item shipped later just like they said it would. simple, no drama, and I really appreciate that when I’m trying to plan lessons.

I found a few things I wanted on rainbowresource, but the shipping cost really threw me off. For the size of my order, it just felt way too high and made the total not worth it. The site itself was fine to use, but I also got a bit frustrated because the answers I found about shipping weren’t very consistent. One place made it seem reasonable, then the final total told a different story. I probably won’t order again unless the shipping gets cheaper or at least clearer.
